Children's Human Rights
Can you believe it?
Bad or Evil mothers!
Cannot be prosecuted for robbing a child of basic human rights.
Too many children suffer appalling abuses with little protection - Unless in extreme circumstances, their lives are threatened - some such cases never reach a court.
Unfortunately not until the death of the child is reported.
FLAWED LAWS MUST BE CHANGED.

This additional information is intended for readers interested in learning more about a flawed system:
Social services have a duty to investigate allegations that a child is being unfairly treated or physically abused; in this latter case, the manager of the local DSS family care unit, believing the child’s life is endangered, will in all probability notify CAFCASS (Children and Family Court and Support Service), which works in family courts to assist the judge to determine appropriate decisions regarding the child’s future. If the child is placed in the care of a foster mother, it is mandatory that important guidelines issued by the government must be followed. Constant monitoring by CAFCASS ensures that the guidelines are paramount for the support of fostered children.
Inexplicably and incredibly, all natural mothers of children, needn’t follow the same government guide lines regarding the care of their own child. This serious situation exits only because the mother is expected to be reliable and caring; this is of course nonsensical: Too often the mother’s own personal agenda makes her deny human rights to her own child, this of course ignores the government guidelines which all foster parents must comply with.

Author and Campainer for Children's Human Rights
Born in 1928, Eddie followed his Father and his Grandfather before him into Kilmarnock Academy, which was renowned for many successes including Alexander’s, another member of the local Fleming family - famous later for discovering Penicillin.
In 1943, aged 15, Eddie enrolled as a student at RAF Cranwell then after the war – hiking on the continent, footloose and fancy free, he finally ended up in San Sebastian Jail, accused of plotting against General Franco. Subsequently, on arriving in London still free but penniless, having sown his wild oats – another change in direction prompted by a desire to live comfortably and earn a regular income, he built a successful life as a civil engineer then as an entrepreneur he retired at 70 to research new medical science discoveries; 3 years later writing his first book, followed by other books while campaigning for Children’s human rights.
Now almost 80, he plans to carry on exposing injustices he encounters almost on a daily basis.
